In June 2014, iDevices issued a voluntary recall for our Pro Meat Probes and Pro Ambient Probes. The iDevices Customer Experience Team is dedicated to resolving this issue for all of affected customers. Please follow the instructions below to receive replacement probes in the next 3-4 weeks.

By law, we are required to ensure that the affected probe(s) will no longer be in use before shipping replacement probe(s). Please cut the wire(s) of your affected probe(s) and upload one photo showing all cut probe(s) for verification that the affected probe(s) have been destroyed.
